A Call Center Agent handles incoming and outgoing calls to help customers with questions, complaints, orders, and technical issues. They provide fast, friendly, and accurate support to ensure customer satisfaction. They also help improve service, retain customers, and support business growth.

Requisito

  • High School or Senior High School graduate – Open to applicants with at least a high school diploma.
  • 6 Months Call Center Experience - international account
  • Basic computer navigation skills – Able to use a computer for typing, navigating systems, and accessing information.
  • Good communication skills – Comfortable speaking with customers and clearly explaining solutions.
