1. Provide night shift technical support via online chat and phone to U.S. and European customers, with a focus on xTool’s laser cutting and engraving products.
2. Respond to customer inquiries, accurately document issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions.
3. Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure complete resolution of service-related concerns.
4. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 mos - 1 year of experience in customer service or support
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable handling calls, emails, and live chats
• Good problem-solving and active listening skills
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, or holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
