Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various platforms. The role involves content creation, analytics tracking, social media management, and coordination with internal and external teams. The Officer is also expected to perform Officer-in-Charge (OIC) duties in the absence of the Digital Marketing Manager, ensuring continuity of operations and decision-making within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Execution
Understand the purpose of the organization’s online presence and utilize it to support WCCC’s profit-generating goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels and campaigns using tools such as Facebook Meta Business, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
Assist in the creation of engaging content (copy, graphics, video) for digital platforms.
Manage and update company websites, landing pages, and social media accounts.
Coordinate with graphic artists, content writers, and other departments for campaign execution.
Schedule and publish content using tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Produce a strategic program of digital content to be used across all WCCC digital platforms (e.g., web pages, newsletters, social media posts) to increase audience and customer engagement.
Develop creative ideas and suggest new, innovative ways of delivering the monthly digital content calendar, staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
Create graphics and edit photos or assist the graphic design team in developing promotional materials.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Track and analyze website traffic, social media performance, and campaign metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
Generate monthly reports on performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation
Monitor customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms and respond promptly.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with lead conversion goals.
Build awareness and generate interest among audiences and customers, driving traffic and engagement with digital content.
Manage social media platforms: Facebook (Meta Business), Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Execute e-commerce marketing strategies for platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.Support SEO, SEM, and keyword research efforts.
Implement email marketing campaigns using platforms such as MailChimp, Brevo, etc.
Research and coordinate with influencers for x-deals and collaborations.
Coordinate with authorized third-party digital marketing solution providers, if applicable.
Collaborate with internal departments to set campaign objectives, manage tasks, and identify/solve problems.
Administrative Support
Maintain digital marketing files and documentation.
Proofread materials before publication.
Use Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for collaboration and productivity
Stay informed and compliant with company policies and procedures
Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and campaign timelines.
Handle data responsibly per WCCC’s data policies, and report any concerns
Support budget tracking and vendor coordination for marketing materials or ad placements.
Perform ad-hoc tasks relevant to the role, based on experience and position
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Responsibilities
Act as point person in the absence of the Digital Marketing Manager.
Oversee ongoing campaigns and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Coordinate with other departments for urgent concerns or approvals.
Prepare and submit updates or reports to management as needed.
Requisito
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing; prior experience as OIC or team lead is an advantage.
Familiar with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle team responsibilities when needed.
