Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Accounting Analyst located in Binãn. The Payroll Accounting Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting analytical tasks, managing journal entries, and handling finance and accounting duties on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:

Responsible for accurate payroll accounting, compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations. Maintains payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations, validates payroll reports, ensures correct booking of payroll entries, final pay, and reimbursements. Coordinates with HR for payroll concerns and supports process improvements and system implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, and accounting principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (QuickBooks preferred)

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• BPO or service industry experience is a plus
