The Construction Project Manager oversees all aspects of project planning, resource allocation, time management, risk management, benchmark creation, budget management, staff supervision, stakeholder relationships, and the handling and monitoring of 1–2 projects.


Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Ensure seamless integration across disciplines such as architecture and engineering. Understand the scope and deliverables, facilitate communication and collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time with quality.

Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks affecting the project's scope, timeline, budget, and quality. Develop and review risk management plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Excellent Quality: Ensure all architectural, civil, and engineering works are within the company’s excellent quality standards and meet or surpass client expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as the primary contact for all stakeholders including clients, team members, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Provide regular project updates. Prepare and submit weekly reports to management, stakeholders, and clients.

Budget Management and Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to stay within the approved budget. Manage resources, negotiate contracts, and make decisions to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Change Management: Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs efficiently. Ensure all modifications are documented, justified, and approved by relevant stakeholders.

Technology Integration: Use modern technologies and digital tools, such as project management software, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Mentoring and Development: Lead and guide the team, fostering a collaborative environment. Develop team members through mentoring, training, and feedback.

Change Orders and Weekly Meetings: Manage change orders promptly. Conduct weekly meetings with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to review status and define action items.

Punch List and Project Performance: Ensure punch list items are completed within 30 days to meet client satisfaction. Monitor team performance closely.

Project Closure and Post-Evaluation: Oversee project closure, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Submit project turn-over documents on time. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvements.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Promote innovation in project processes and solutions. Continuously improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

Relationship Building and Communication: Develop strong internal and external relationships and communicate effectively.

Proposal Coordination and Winning Work: Lead and coordinate proposal preparation. Collaborate with Project Directors and Business Group Leaders during all stages to achieve strategic goals.

Scope and Contract Management: Monitor the project contract, manage scope and variations, and identify key risks to ensure compliance.

Interpretation and Explanation: Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers, and clients.

Timely Addressing of Concerns: Ensure all concerns are addressed within 24 hours via call, text, or email.

Handling and Monitoring of 1–2 Projects: Oversee 1–2 projects simultaneously, ensuring effective management and successful delivery.

Project Reporting and Update: Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Submit progress reports and meeting minutes to stakeholders.

Client Reporting and Coordination: Submit weekly updates to clients. Identify and discuss risks and dependencies.

Project Milestone: Ensure project deliverables and accomplishments are on time. Submit milestone billing to the client promptly.

Safety and Environmental: Maintain a safe work environment across the project and team. Ensure implementation of safety procedures and policies by the Safety Officer.

Requisito

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • With at least 3 years experience in handling OFFICE OR COMMERCIAL FIT OUT projects on site
  • Knowledgeable with technical design and implementation for Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics
  • Able to delegate tasks to team members and communicate with them; plus, able to train employees
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere.
