Role Description

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in expanding Covet Sarap’s franchise network. Your primary responsibility is to identify and engage potential franchisees, present business opportunities, and guide them through the application and onboarding process. This role requires strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills to close franchise deals and ensure long-term relationships with franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential franchisees through various lead-generation methods.

Conduct presentations and meetings with interested candidates.

Explain the benefits, terms, and operational structure of the franchise.

Guide prospects through the application and onboarding process.

Negotiate and close franchise deals.

Maintain relationships with franchisees to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or higher.

Experience in sales, business development, or franchising is a plus.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
