Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist in Motorcycle Financing, located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their financing needs, providing excellent customer service, and promoting financing options for motorcycle purchases. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting training sessions for new team members, managing sales processes, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in the motorcycle financing industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the financing or automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
