Keterangan

  • Operates as the point of contact for designated clients.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with current clients and possibly new ones
  • Implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand presence and sales on each platform.
  • Ensure that all hosts are in compliance to the company's standards when performing their duties & makes sure to achieve KPIs / Goals
  • Always keep the sales script aligned with the sales strategies implemented by the account manager.
  • Lead the team to hit GMV targets by maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any related field.
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital sales strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
