Keterangan

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing staff endorsement, deployment, managing client relations, and ensuring smooth operations at client establishment/s. This role requires a proactive approach in handling concerns, addressing issues, and executing administrative tasks to maintain business continuity and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Staff Coordination & Deployment

  • Facilitates requisition, endorsement, and deployment of personnel to client establishment/s.
  • Ensure staffing levels meet client requirements and business objectives.

Client & Staff Issue Resolution

  • Serves as primary point of contact for both client and staff concerns.
  • Implements timely and decisive solutions, including disciplinary action when necessary, to maintain service quality and workforce efficiency.

Timekeeping & Payroll Support

  • Collects and verifies daily time records of deployed staff.
  • Submits payroll-related documents to accounting within designated cut-off periods.

Billing & Collection Management

  • Routes service billing documents to clients in accordance with agreed timelines.
  • Ensures timely collection of payments to support a consistent cash flow.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establishes and nurtures strong client relationships to drive business renewal and growth.
  • Identifies opportunities to expand services and enhance client engagement.

Other Duties

  • Performs additional tasks related to the above responsibilities, as assigned by management.
  • Continuously seeks operational improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Persyaratan

Ideal Job Experience

  • Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in client relations, staffing coordination, or account management in operations or business services.
  • Industry Background: Preferably from staffing services, manpower solutions, operations management, or corporate client servicing.
