Keterangan

Responsible for assisting in the development and preparation of financial statement.
Ensures accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions to maintain integrity of accounting records.
Records fund transfer, proceeds from loan, others.
Records cash deposits c/o provisional receipts.
Checks and journalizes payroll transaction (Dri/cond for all bases, support group, executive and shuttle operations).
Collate and records warehouse usage report.
Set up of advances/receivables to employees & supplier.
Prepares schedule and forward to payroll officer.
In charge for accrual of expenses such as utilities, rental, communication, fuel consumption, government returns, etc. in relation to the preparation of financial statement.
Records depreciation and amortization.
Reclassification of accounts for proper charging of expenses.
Assess employees for outgoing payables.
Prepares general ledger and subsidiary ledger of accruals, fixed assets lapsing schedule, prepayments, journal entries on the assigned task and intercompany transactions.
Maintains schedules (e.g. 13th month pay, accumulation of retirement, etc.)
Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
Consolidation & reconciliation of intercompany transactions, advances, receivables, and all applicable chart of accounts.
Initiate and coordinate corrective actions on conflicts with the assigned tasks in coordination with the immediate supervisor
In charge of the monthly and yearly closing of books based on agreed timeline.
Ensures accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies
Prepares statement of account to be billed to related parties.
Proper filing and documentation of general journal voucher.
Other special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Monitoring of forms.
Monitoring & responsible for the requisition of office supplies.

Persyaratan

Qualifications and Education Requirements
BS Accountancy graduate
Certification (optional but beneficial): Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or other relevant certifications in accounting or finance.
Preferred Skills
Proven working experience as accounting staff, knowledge of automated accounting system, ability to interact with peers.
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, pivot tables, and use formulas.
Solid understanding of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills to keep financial documents and records well-organized and easily accessible.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines effectively, and work efficiently under pressure.
