Assist in various administrative tasks and support team members.
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for different departments.
Conduct research and compile reports as required.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
Help maintain office organization and supplies.
Adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed.
Additional certifications or training in Occupational Health and Safety (such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or similar)
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards (OSHA, local safety laws, etc.).

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field is a plus.
Additional certifications or training in Occupational Health and Safety (such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or similar) would be an advantage.
Knowledgeable and experienced in general service, at least 1 year related experience is advantage
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards (OSHA, local safety laws, etc.).
Excellent organizational Skills
Detailed oriented
Organized in documents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
