• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation, identify relevant statutes, case law, and legal precedents.
• Legal Writing: Draft and assist with the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, memos, pleadings, and motions.
• Case Analysis: Analyze case facts, legal issues, and applicable law to develop sound legal arguments and strategies.
• Discovery Support: Assist in the discovery process by organizing and reviewing case-related documents, preparing discovery responses, and identifying key evidence.
• Internal Collaboration: Participate in internal case discussions with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and provide insights.
• Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with evolving legal standards and practices to enhance knowledge and contribute to the firm’s success.
  
  

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality legal work.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow in the legal profession.
• Homebased, willing to work from 5pm to 2am Manila time
