Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, taking orders for food and drinks.
• Prepare and serve classic cocktails and beverages with precision, adhering to recipes and customer preferences.
• Collaborate effectively with waitstaff to ensure efficient service and timely cocktail preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and workstations, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Upsell menu items and suggest daily specials to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure accountability and responsibility in measurements and bar inventory management.
• Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations, maintaining a responsible and welcoming environment.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a bar setting, with a solid understanding of classic cocktails and beverage preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Service-minded and customer-centric attitude, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative spirit, ready to support assigned waiters and enhance overall service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with a strong expectation of overtime hours.

Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary and service charge.
