  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Location: Open for applicants living in BULACAN.
  • Educational Qualifications: Completed at least 2yrs in college w/o back subjs. in any field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 1 year international voice call center experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: WFH, Nightshift.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
