What you will do:

Preparation, evaluation, and management of all commercial matters related to the developments as ensuring the completion within budget & relevant quality and directly report to Commercial Management Senior Manager.

• Principle reviewing of the Cost from Consultants and Contractors for Tender, Variation & Addendum submission and assistance to Commercial Management Senior Manager in Tender Negotiation and Finalization.
• Review LOIN, LOA (Letter of Agreement) and Contract prepared by QS Consultants.
• Prepare Proposed Award Recommendation Form and Contract Award Recommendation for approval.
• Review interim payment certificates / final accounts prepared by QS Consultants.

What we need:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years pre-contract or post-contract experience.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
