ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a highly creative and strategic Content and Marketing Strategist to support social media, content creation, and business development initiatives such as market research. The ideal candidate will collaborate directly with the Founder, a seasoned entrepreneur and leadership coach, to amplify the message and promote the company’s coaching, consulting, and training offerings to a wider audience.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings a balance of creativity, strategy, and process-driven execution. If you love designing campaigns, crafting engaging content, and building visibility for purpose-driven brands, this role is for you.


WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays, follows Philippine holidays


POSITION TYPE: Full Time


WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform the following website promotion and campaign creation tasks:
  • Create and manage full-scale marketing and drip campaigns to promote the company’s newly launched website
  • Leverage website content to build campaigns around key topics such as joy, joyful leadership, culture transformation, living an intentional life, and coaching
  • Design and implement related social media content to support campaign goals
  • Perform the following newsletter development and dissemination tasks:
  • Support the creation and scheduling of a weekly newsletter, including layout, content development, and platform management
  • Coordinate messaging to align with business goals and target audience engagement
  • Perform the following social media and LinkedIn strategy tasks:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy specifically tailored for LinkedIn, the company’s primary platform
  • Stay up to date with LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Create and schedule original and curated content consistent with brand messaging
  • Support in crafting thought leadership posts and multimedia content to highlight services and insights
  • Perform the following business development support tasks:
  • Create compelling video and multimedia content using AI tools, incorporating original ideas and material from podcast interviews
  • Research and identify relevant podcasts for guest appearances to expand brand reach
  • Develop lead magnets and other downloadable resources to grow contact lists
  • Monitor and manage website lead capture forms and contacts
  • Support list segmentation and CRM updates as the audience base grows
  • Research and analyze target audiences to optimize messaging and outreach
  • Perform the following collaboration and communication tasks:
  • Work closely with the Founder and relevant team members to develop and execute strategic content initiatives
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas aligned with brand values and goals
  • Maintain open and proactive communication regarding campaign status, content performance, and improvements


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as a content creator or digital marketing specialist working remotely
  • Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or personal brands with online visibility and growth
  • Proficient with AI tools used for content generation and video creation
  • Strong experience with Canva and other graphic design tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with newsletter/email marketing platforms
  • With drip campaign expertise, confidence in content creation, and a strong understanding of marketing workflows tailored to the website
  • Highly creative with an eye for design and storytelling
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Curiosity-driven and always seeking to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Receptive to feedback and mentorship from the Founder
