Keterangan

  • Drives the vehicles and transport authorized passengers as specified by trip orders as directed by superiors.
  • Records details about trips in the trip order including time spent, gasoline consumption, distance covered, toll and parking fees incurred.
  • Attends to the renewal of vehicle registrations on or before due dates and secures entry passes and stickers.
  • Cleans and maintains the vehicles of the Provincial Office. Undertakes preventive maintenance activities such as tune ups and change oil.
  • Recommends replacement of spare parts and automotive accessories.
  • Does minor troubleshooting of vehicles during malfunction while on the road.
  • Coordinates and monitors the repair of vehicles in an outside automotive repair shops when needed.
  • Cleans and maintains tools and equipment to ensure that they are in good working condition and maintains the cleanliness of the assigned parking areas.
  • Reports to the superior any minor or major vehicle trouble or accident. Reports also any equipment or tool losses in the vehicle.
  • Performs courier services for the delivery and pick up of documents, packages, bank errands, and the like to and from destinations

Persyaratan

  • Vocational education preferably in Auto Mech. Course
  • Possession of valid professional driver’s license.
  • At least one (1) year of driving experience
  • Physically Fit (good eyesight)
