Keterangan

Handle day-to-day operations of the Company’s various online platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
Process customer orders by coordinating with concerned employees and/or courier services.
Update product listings, images, prices, stocks, and other relevant content on the various online platforms accurately.
Ensure the visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use of the various platforms’ landing pages.
Coordinate with Web Developer, Graphic Artist, or other concerned employees to ensure that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and contain accurate and up-to-date content.
Responds to Customer concerns and feedback from the online platforms.
Implement digital marketing campaigns, strategies, and promotions on online platforms such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
Handle social media platforms through daily posting and creating awareness.

Persyaratan

Graduate of any four-year business or marketing course.
Required Skills: E-commerce, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and other online platforms.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required.
With good interpersonal and communication skills, Analytical and Problem Solving, and Decision-making skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
