- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with performance management processes, support employee engagement initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interaction with staff and management.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and adaptable.
