We're looking for a dynamic and personable Receptionist/Cashier to be the face of our bar and the heartbeat of our customer service. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy fast-paced nightlife, and have a sharp eye for detail — we want you on our team!

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Manage reservations and maintain the guest waiting list
• Ensure accurate and efficient order billing and payment transactions
• Process cash, credit card, and POS payments
• Balance cash register at the end of the shift
• Provide basic information about menu items and promotions
• Coordinate with floor and bar staff for smooth guest flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and cashier area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic concerns promptly and professionally

• High school graduate or college level preferred
• Previous experience in F&B, retail, or front-desk roles is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Trustworthy, reliable, and customer-service oriented
