At Acumen Consulting, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an HR Associate who will help deliver a smooth, structured, and engaging experience across the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to learning, performance, engagement, and offboarding.

What You'll Do

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment using Acumen's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers
    • Handle job offers, contracts, and pre-employment requirements
    • Maintenance and Analysis of Talent Acquisition metrics
  • Onboarding and Enablement
    • Ensure smooth onboarding of new Tribe members
    • Track onboarding checklist completion and support enablement setup
  • Learning & Development
    • Project manage learning journeys, certification programs, and capability building sessions
    • Coordinate facilitators, sessions, invites, attendance, and feedback tracking
    • Support logistics and monitor participation and outcomes
  • Employee Engagement and Culture
    • Help organize engagement activities (e.g., townhalls, internal events, company events)
    • Support administration of surveys and pulse checks
    • Prepare materials for culture and values reinforcement activities
  • People Team Communications & Tribe Announcements
    • Draft and release official communications from the People Team
    • Manage calendars for internal announcements and HR updates
    • Coordinate reminders and content for tribe-wide initiatives and events
  • Performance Management Support
    • Coordinate the quarterly Performance Management System (PMS) process
    • Track submissions and reminders and consolidates performance data for review
    • Support preparation of performance conversations and documentation
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
    • Send payroll updates to Finance
    • Track employee leaves and attendance
    • Coordinate government-mandated benefits and claims (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
    • Manage HMO enrollments and assist with availing concerns
  • Offboarding and HR Operations
    • Facilitate offboarding steps for employees and consultants
    • Prepare COEs, contract renewals, and separation documentation
    • Maintain updated employee records and generate HR reports
Who You'll Work With

You will report directly to the Head of People and manage internal stakeholders such as the Leadership Team, Mancom, colleagues from other support functions and Employees and Affiliates of Acumen.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field.
  • At least one (1) year experience in Human Resource function.
  • Demonstrated Strengths in:
    • Project Management – detail oriented, organized in keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and resources to ensure timely delivery and success outcomes
    • Communication Skills - speaking and writing with clarity and confidence, building trust and engagement
    • Shares the Acumen values on Integrity, Humility, Learning & Adventure, Holistic Wellness, Teamwork & Collaboration

Work set-up: Hybrid but required to be onsite for face-to-face workshops and meetings, as needed.
