Monitor and update inventory records of Warehouse (manual or computerized).
Receive incoming deliveries of school and office supplies; check items against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
Properly label and store items in designated warehouse locations.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with records.
Prepare and process stock requisitions and issue inventory to requesting departments or customers.
Assist in organizing the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and efficient storage.
Ensure that products are stored according to category and safety standards (e.g., paper, pens, cleaning supplies).
Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales departments for inventory replenishment and reporting.
Investigate inventory variances and report damaged or expired stock.
Generate inventory reports (daily, weekly, or monthly) as required.
Follow company policies on inventory control, loss prevention, and safety procedures.

High school diploma or vocational certificate; college coursework in logistics or business is a plus.
Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferably in school or office supplies).
Basic knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
Good organizational and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift, move, and handle packages as needed (within safety limits).
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
