We’re Hiring: Inventory Admin!
Looking for a role that fosters collaboration, creativity and career growth in a vibrant office environment? We got you covered!
Role: Inventory Admin
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Pampanga
Schedule: Night Shift
Prepare and manage quotes.
Create and modify drawings (proficient in Excel).
Process and enter orders accurately.
Handle complaints regarding unfulfilled orders.
Monitor and manage inventory control.
Inform customers of pricing and collect payments.

Persyaratan

Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Order Entry Specialist, or a similar role.
Knowledge of inventory management to ensure efficient service.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with SolidWorks is an advantage.
