• A meticulous Charge Capture/Charge Audit (Coder) to ensure revenue integrity by auditing medical charges and optimizing coding accuracy.
• This role involves analyzing medical records, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• The position is critical for minimizing revenue leakage and enhancing financial performance through proactive charge reconciliation .

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Biology, or related fields.
• Certification: AHIMA (e.g., CCS, RHIA) or AAPC (e.g., CPC, COC) coding credentials (strongly preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in BPO healthcare/medical coding (non-negotiable).
• 1–2 years in Outpatient Facility Coding, specifically with Injection and Infusion services.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC EHR and coding software (e.g., 3M Encoder) .
