Are you an experienced merchandising professional with a proven track record of managing field teams and driving in-store excellence?

We are looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to lead and optimize the daily operations of our merchandising team for consumer goods across Manila.

• Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure the successful execution of product displays, planograms, and promotional campaigns in retail outlets.
• Manage daily scheduling, routing, and field operations of the merchandising team.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and support as needed to meet KPIs and standards.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with promotional plans.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., out-of-stock rates, shelf share, display compliance) and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on merchandising activities, team productivity, and field issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in merchandising operations, preferably in the FMCG/consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record in managing large teams of 10 or more merchandisers.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and field reporting tools.
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila for store visits and team monitoring.
