Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process of customized branded merchandise, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, managing timelines, quality control, and troubleshooting any production issues. The Production Manager will also be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with all stakeholders and continuously improving production processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, production planning, and process optimization
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client, supplier, and team coordination
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the custom merchandise or marketing industry is a plus
• Proficiency using Canva or Photoshop (to make design mockups) is a plus
