What you'll be doing

• Negotiate advantageous pricing, delivery schedules and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company
• Manage the purchasing and inventory of raw materials, components, and other supplies to meet production demands
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of reliable suppliers
• Analyse purchasing data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with production, logistics and finance teams to optimise the supply chain
• Ensure all purchasing activities are compliant with company policies and procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and systems

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a purchasing or buyer role.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Proficient in using procurement.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field
