Keterangan

  1. Ensure proper documentation of each vehicle sale by processing all the pertinent papers.
  2. Establish the said standard documentation process.
  3. Take ownership of bank financing transactions related to vehicle sales from filing credit applications and securing approvals to booking accounts and collecting proceeds and incentives.
  4. Process sales of items ancillary to vehicle sales, primarily insurance and accessories.
  5. Take ownership of vehicle inventory, including proper monitoring, purchase order processing, and assignments to sales.
  6. Prepare reports related to vehicle inventory.
  7. Perform another administrative task that will be agreed between you and your direct line manager.

Persyaratan

  1. Graduate of any 4-year business course.
  2. Preferably with experience as a Document Controller in an automotive dealership.
  3. A team player with a high level of dedication.
  4. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
