Job Summary:

Achievement of sales team monthly and annual sales target. Supervises and controls a team of sales people within the team. Coaches Sales Executives (agents) on best practices for closing more vehicles deals and provides advice and guidance to continuously improve sales performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achievement of sales team monthly and annual target.
• Recruits, trains, and oversees a team of automotive sales people.
• Oversees all activities occurring in the vehicle showroom.
• Sets sales goals, tracks progress, and leads team to achieve and exceed sales target.
• Forecasts sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for management review.
• Promptly steps in to answer customer's queries and issues as necessary reports for management review.
• Coordinates and leads all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
• Develops and manages a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Specifications & Skills Required:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any Business Course, Economics, Marketing or its equivalent.
• Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices.
• Outgoing and service-oriented attitude.
• Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• With at least 2+ years of experience in automotive sales industry
• Willing to work in Quezon City.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
