QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business course.
• Must have 4-5 years of experience is required for this position.
• With solid experience in Store operations specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
• With strong supervisory and leadership qualities
• Must be customer service oriented and with a positive disposition
• Perform job with a pleasing personality
• Must have strong inventory management skills.
• Willing to be assigned or transferred in other branches if needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage branch efficiently according to the company’s vision, mission and core values;
• Ensures that Store meets or surpasses the sales target;
• Handles customers concerns in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service;
• Addresses customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily while at the same time protecting the company image;
• Honest documentation of customer feedback;
• Ensures that policies and standards are strictly implemented;
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the selling;
• Ensures regular and timely submission of sales reports;
• Monitor branch personnel and conducts Performance Appraisals/Evaluation;
• Attends company meetings/ office day meeting;
• Performs other functions as instructed by management.
