Position overview


The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate tracking of goods, and coordinating transport and deliveries. This role requires someone highly organized, independent, and experienced in the construction and FF&E industries.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable using software to track inventory, monitor purchase orders, and oversee workforce scheduling. They should be proactive in managing warehouse stock, liaising with factories and suppliers, and ensuring smooth logistics for project deliveries.



• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management.

• Log and track incoming and outgoing deliveries, verifying accuracy.

• Liaise with factories, suppliers, and transport providers to coordinate deliveries to site or warehouse.

• Arrange necessary transport and ensure timely dispatch of materials.

• Manage warehouse resources, including internal staff and subcontracted labour.

• Monitor and log working hours using software like Clockify or similar.

• Ensure all purchase orders, material lists, and delivery schedules are reviewed and managed effectively.

• Assist in assembling and preparing FF&E components as needed.

• Conduct regular stock checks and warehouse audits to maintain accurate records.

• Enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse.


Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or operations role/environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Confident in liaising with suppliers, transport providers, and project teams.
  • Competent in warehouse stock management software, project management tools, and Excel.
  • Logical thinker with good timekeeping and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the construction or FF&E industry is preferred.
  • Driving License
