What you'll focus on:


  • Lead day-to-day general ledger operations and monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Manage tax compliance activities, including VAT, income tax, and other indirect taxes
  • Provide audit support and maintain robust internal controls
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of GL and tax professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify areas for automation and improvement


What We’re Looking For:


  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • Strong expertise in GL accounting, financial reporting (GAAP/IFRS), and tax compliance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in audit support, process improvement, and financial system automation
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and team leadership skills
