The Credit Investigator is responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of customers applying for automotive or motorcycle financing, ensuring all documentation and background checks are completed thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify customer information and financial background for credit applications.
Conduct investigations into applicants’ credit history, employment, and financial standing.
Analyze risk and recommend approvals or rejections based on findings.
Maintain accurate records of investigations and decisions.
Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to support smooth transactions.

Syarat-syarat

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in credit assessment or financial investigations, preferably in automotive or motorcycle sales.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
