Answering online chats promptly and providing helpful accurate information to clients
Demonstrate a high level of empathy during interactions with the caller.
Making outgoing online chat to clients to provide further information or to follow up on information previously given if needed
Keeping the database up to date.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices.
Providing good customer service to clients by always demonstrating positive behavior.
Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
Work as a team with other colleagues to carry out work smoothly.
To understand the need for and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

High School or College Graduate
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog. Cebuano is a plus.
At least 1 year of work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good typing speed
Amenable to work on shifting schedules
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and self-organizing
Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, and related tools
Background in Online Gaming is an advantage
Willing to report onsite - Cebu Office.
