  • Primarily responsible for providing excellent customer support in line with the scope of work and service level agreements.
  • Ensure high-quality interactions by meeting both qualitative and quantitative performance standards, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

职位要求

  • College graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • High school graduates, Senior High School graduates, or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules and during holidays, as needed
