  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in call center software.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
