Description

  • Manages a company's human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and compensation. They also ensure a healthy workplace environment. 
  • Recruitment: Screen, interview, and hire job applicants 
  • Onboarding: Plan and organize onboarding procedures, including training and job-specific courses 
  • Training and development: Evaluate employee needs and design training programs 
  • Performance management: Assess employee performance to provide feedback and determine promotions and salary increases 
  • Compensation and benefits: Prepare and administer compensation and benefits packages 
  • Employee records: Maintain updated employee records, including attendance and EEO data 
  • Company policies: Set up and maintain company policies 
  • Employee relations: Manage employee relationships and ensure employee satisfaction 
  • Labor legislation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations 

Requirements

  • With Bachelors Degree in BBSA Major in Human Resources
  • Good understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with staff
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Knowledge of employment, payroll, fair hiring practices, and confidentiality
