Descripción

Payroll Processing:
Accurately calculate and process employee wages, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
Prepare and distribute payroll statements to employees.
Manage direct deposit and other payment methods.
Benefits Administration:
Process and administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to benefits.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and other related inquiries.
Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare and file required payroll and benefits reports with government agencies, including tax filings and annual reports.
Validate data and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Employee Support:
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate payments.
Communicate effectively with employees and other departments.
Other Duties:
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requisito

Proven experience as payroll specialist
Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, and related regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
