Descrição:

  • Assess loan applications and determine clients' creditworthiness at Sustainable Community Microfinance Corp.
  • Advocate for financial inclusion by offering tailored microfinance solutions to support community development.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, providing financial guidance and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated team to achieve targets, comply with regulations, and contribute to our mission of sustainable growth.
  • Address customer queries, maintain accurate records, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

    • Requisito

    Educational Qualifications:

    - Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree is required.


    Experience Level:

    - No previous experience required. But prior experience is an advantage.


    Skills and Competencies:

    - Strong customer service skills and leadership abilities.

    - Computer literacy and proficiency in using financial software.

    - Solid understanding of financial concepts and consumer lending.

    - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

    - Keen attention to detail.

    - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


    Working Conditions:

    Field Based Role.

    Own Motorcycle and Driver's License

    Willing to work rain or shine and longer hours.
