• We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience across key functions, including customer service, quality assurance, staff management, and store operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Undergo structured training across kitchen, assembly, and dining operations
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in line with regulatory and company requirements
• Assist in managing staff schedules, team performance, and customer service standards
• Help with inventory control, order placements, and cost control initiatives
• Interact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
• Collaborate with the teams to improve efficiency and service flow
• Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of company operations
• Assist managers with day-to-day tasks and strategic operations
• Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management review
• Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Passion for the food and beverage industry with a desire to grow into a leadership role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with POS systems is a plus
