The Brand, Marketing and Communications Advisor – Eminence will take the lead in managing the pipeline, development, completion, submission and distribution of priority awards nominations and conference tracking. This will involve engaging with clients, stakeholders and content writers (internal and external) to deliver accurate and compelling project profiles and award-winning industry award submissions are produced and submitted/distributed. They will manage the schedule of work and deadlines for inputs, as well as keep stakeholders informed of the pipeline and progress of work. Providing supplementary editorial support in writing some awards nominations is also expected in this role.

What will you do?

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Brand, Marketing and Communications team

• Maintain the global awards calendar/tracker, including key submission information and deadlines.
• Engage with various stakeholders to ensure inputs, materials and approvals received in time to develop an award-winning industry award entry.
• Provide editorial support in the development of award-winning submissions and entries, ensuring they meet the award requirements and criteria, tell a compelling story and are aligned with the Aurecon tone of voice.
• Where necessary, thoroughly brief both internal and external writers to develop award-winning submissions and entries, ensuring that the entry meets the award requirements and criteria, tells a compelling story and is aligned with the Aurecon tone of voice.
  
  

Conference

• Provide support in tracking and managing conference participation nominations of the business.
• Provide coordination support to non-BMC stakeholders to facilitate conference participation
  
  

BMC team - Philippines

• Collaborate with the BMC team in the Philippines to help streamline existing processes.
• Support the BMC team in the Philippines in local initiatives.

Qualifications

You will also need the following:

• Tertiary degree/diploma in Marketing and/or Communications Management or similar
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in an account or client management function in a marketing & communications firm
• Experience in content development of various materials: from case studies, success stories and/or awards nominations
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders from various countries and time zones
• Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing and / or professional services environment
• Experience in a global organisation
