1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve or exceed the group annual sales target for the assigned territory.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and successfully execute major projects.


2. Personal Sales Goals

  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets by managing and growing key personal accounts.


3. Team Collaboration and Project Management

  • Partner with the technical team to ensure projects are profitable and meet or exceed target margins.
  • Oversee and support the sales team's progress on ongoing projects, bids, and other sales activities.


4. Operational Support

  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of office operations

Requisito

  • At least 3-4 years of Sales Management experience
  • At least 3-4 years of experience working in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
  • Strong initiative in improving business processes and office operations.
