- Providing secretarial support to the hiring manager.
- Handling all confidential matters, contracts, documents and general correspondence.
- Liaising with corporate and government representatives on business matters
- Preparing business presentation documents and correspondence.
- Handling travel and appointment schedules.
- Answers telephones and routes calls to concerned employee.
- Photocopies, transmits fax, and files documents.
- Plans and schedules meetings and appointments.
- Sorts and distributes incoming mails.
- Dispatches outgoing mail.
- Records and monitors NDD/IDD usage.
- Coordinates travel requirements.
- Maintains conference rooms reservations.
- Monitors foreign exchange rates & stock quotations.
- Maintains and monitors office supplies.
- Records and monitors requisition forms.
- Monitors office cleanliness and orderliness.
Persyaratan
- College graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business Administration.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- With at least 1 year work related experience.
- With background in Automotive Industry.
- Articulate and keen to details.
