Description

  1. 负责公司产品社群日常管理运营及维护工作，包括拉新、促活、转化、招新等。
  2. 负责社群内容发布、话题引导、用户答疑，通过有效的运营手段提高社群活跃度，推动用户互动，营造良好的社群氛围。
  3. 结合市场热点、产品营销节奏、即时热门话题、节假日等，挖掘新产品。
  4. 积极与用户互动，挖掘潜力及核心用户，促成用户转化，收集用户反馈并及时向上沟通。
  5. 基础的运营成本与配比计算，通过对动漫的了解利用不同的品牌角色组成自己的盲盒。

Requirements

  • 1、爱好日本动漫，对日式模型手办有了解和收集经验；
  • 2、由于属于新形运营模式要求学习能力较强；
  • 3、为人开朗，善于与人交流；
  • 4、工作认真上进能够熟悉基本工作流程，对新事物有自己的理解（手办行业）。

    Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00
