Açıklama

  • Metal Fabrication: Measure, cut, shape, and join metal components using welding, cutting, and grinding tools.
  • Welding Operations: Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Arc welding as required by project specifications
  • Structural Fabrication: Assemble, install, and align structural metal frameworks, including beams, platforms, and handrails.
  • Pipe Fabrication: Measure, cut, thread, and assemble piping systems using various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and PVC.
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
  • Equipment Use and Maintenance: Operate and maintain fabrication tools and machinery such as grinders, drills, shears, and bending machines.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect fabricated parts for defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Installation Support: Collaborate with electricians, engineers, and other technicians during installation and commissioning activities.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Assist with receiving, organizing, and transporting raw materials and finished components on-site.
  • Repairs and Modifications: Perform on-site repairs, modifications, and adjustments to fabricated parts as needed.

Gereklilik

  • Must possess an NCII Certificate in Fabrication or related field.
  • Industrial Plant Experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
  • Proficiency in welding techniques and use of related tools and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards in industrial environments.
