3. Collaborate with growth operations and B-end channel partners to design effective operational activities aimed at acquiring high-quality users;

4. Expand local partnership resources and manage business development, collaboration, and resource exchange activities;

5. Continuously research and analyze the development trends of the Web3 ecosystem, and actively seek new partnership resources and pathways.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with practical experience in Web3, maintaining curiosity about new technologies and industries, able to learn and adapt proactively. Possesses market analysis skills and excels in identifying and capturing market trends;

2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese, with overseas study or work experience preferred;

3. Outstanding resource integration abilities, capable of designing and executing effective business development strategies to facilitate collaboration;

4. Highly self-driven, with multi-task management capabilities, and able to adapt to fast-paced remote team collaboration.
