Penerangan

  • Handle general office duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing correspondence.
  • Receive Purchase Orders (PO) and respond to customer emails professionally.
  • Issue Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately.
  • Coordinate and arrange delivery schedules with logistics.
  • Review technical drawings and forward them to the production team as needed.
  • Update and maintain Quality Control (QC) reports regularly.
  • Assist with various administrative duties as assigned.

Syarat-syarat

  • Ability to read and understand mechanical/technical drawings is a plus.
  • Prior administrative or sales support experience, preferably in Manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
