• Ensure customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional attitude

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes

• Follow health and safety standards for food handling and preparation

• Keep the cafe, coffee machines, and tools clean and organized

• Actively upsell products to enhance customer experience and boost sales

• Operate POS system to process orders and payments

• Handle online payments and receipt accurately

• At least a senior high school graduate/Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Hospitality Management)

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in the same field
