THE OPPORTUNITY
Our partner is an Australian boutique financial firm that serves wholesale investors and corporate clients worldwide. They combine long-term, endowment-style investments with personalized service, co-investing alongside clients to maximize returns and build trust. The firm has established partnerships with well-known entities in the Australian and global financial services sectors, offering a more personal and modern solution compared to large banks, brokerages, and investment firms.
The team is growing and currently seeking a
Client Service Manager. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial concepts, particularly within the Financial Planning or Wealth Management sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding client accounts, statement of advice formatting, posting and preparation, advice implementation and managing client data.
- You will be responsible for checking and monitoring assets transfers, placing buys and sells on investment funds, managing withdrawals and contributions.
- Communicate effectively and timely with Advisers, Partners, Client Services team members and Corporate staff.
- Ensure all client related tasks are completed in accordance within regulation standards.
- Liaise with financial institutions to ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Establish and maintain datafeeds, client cost base data and account amendments.
Skills, Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 4 years of client services experience within the Financial Planning or Wealth management industry.
- Experience from Australian banks or financial institution on the same capacity.
- Basic to extensive client implementation experience.
- Experience working on Investment Platforms.
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
- A genuine team player with the ability to empower other people to learn and develop.
- A professional with the desire to build their own team and exceptional client experience.
