Qualifications:

  • College Graduate/ Tertiary education preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Finance Management/ Business Management.
  • With Invoicing Management background and adept in dealing with external partners (e.g. vendors/ customers)
  • Experienced in billing/invoice consolidation and validation
  • Proficiency in reporting tools particularly in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or similar
  • Excellent communications skills and can facilitate meetings as needed
  • Excellent attention to details & accuracy especially in auditing and validating transactions
  • Experienced in billing/invoice consolidation and validation

Job Descriptions:

  • Handles invoicing queries and resolutions
  • Answer queries from customers from email and call inquiries regarding invoice concerns.
  • Communicates to internal stakeholders relating to customer concerns and escalates, notifies customers care manager of business impacting problems.
  • Performs 1st level problem resolution, one contact resolution and first call resolution when necessary.
  • Handle customer’s request for CTC D/O and CTC invoices.
  • Invoice and Invoicing Management
  • Print & mail invoices, debit notes and credit notes as needed.
  • Prepare invoices according to customers’ requirements for payment before dispatch
  • Submit e-invoice in customers’ designated portals and government web portals
  • Monitor GR status prior to submission of invoices in customers portals.
  • Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain proper documentation filing
  • Manage and update customers contacts and email address for e-invoice/ e-SOA
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to handle customer’s new invoice submission requirements.
  • Attend training and conduct UAT on use of customer's web portal for e-invoice submission.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php645.00 per day
